Response Times

I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. During busy periods (like when all three kids are home sick!), it might take up to 48 hours, but I promise to get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange something? No problem! Email me at hello@lullaandco.com with your order number and I'll walk you through the process. As a mom, I totally understand that sometimes products just don't work out.
